Gino is a great dog to own.  We imported him from Germany and he joined us when he was 10 months old.  He is brim full of confidence - walked in as if he had lived here all his life, ate his dinner, barked at the others and went to sleep in the kennel.  Absolutely independent, a fierce hunter and also completely reliable and loyal.  He lives quite happily with Jackson and the girls, and although he will occasionally tell them off for hassling him, he avoids confrontation and we don't have any squabbling.  Gino plays with all the puppies as soon as they can run about and usually shows them the way through the training burrow in the garden.
